Hello everyone!
I am joining you after what has been a very busy week. Things are starting to open up a bit, and just as we get ready to go out into the world, worries are afoot of future lockdown. I am not sure whether we are going forward or backward - are you?
I have managed to prepare a video tutorial for you though and I want to share that with you today.
A friend and fellow crafter, who recently joined my team this month, asked me to show her how to heat emboss onto a project, so this card answers that question today.
I also chose this design as an easily replicated design for batch making as I wanted to make ten versions of the card to send out for a team swap.
My inspiration came from another crafter, Lynn Dunn from stamptasticdesigns.com. She had used this paper and colour combo on a set of cards using the Ornamental Envelopes Bundle, and I loved them. Pop over to her blog via the link for her blog post.
I wanted to use Lynn's idea for a card using this returning set - Christmas Gleaming, which is uniquely offered as part of a VARIETY BUNDLE including stampset, punches and designer series paper! Saving you 10% on the individual prices.
In this case I have used a different set of paper - sticking with the colour theme - but you could easily do this with the Brightly Gleaming DSP too.
